Job summary

Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales in Seattle, WA seeks a Senior Analyst to model multifamily assets and produce marketing materials while maintaining market analysis. You will support the Investment Sales team with rigorous financial analysis and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Real Estate preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Finance, Real Estate or related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Financial analysis of multifamily opportunities using proprietary WDIS model.
• Assist in research, writing, and proofing of OM/BOVs.
• Maintain market databases and track real estate metrics.
• Develop market knowledge from industry reports and forecasts.
• Create and edit state-of-the-market presentations for conferences and client meetings.
• Coordinate transactions and due diligence for Investment Sales team.
• Ensure proper disclosures are completed and sent for review.
• Communicate with interested parties to obtain missing documents.
• Support smooth deal management and monitor deadlines.
