Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design required.
• 3–5 years of professional interior design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and procurement software.
• Organized, flexible, self-motivated and able to work independently with a team.
• Experience with FF&E specifications, procurement, and installation.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with developer-led projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and specify furniture, finishes, fixtures, textiles, colors and lighting.
• Create mood boards, finish boards, schedules; draft furniture plans and elevations.
• Review plans, verify site dimensions, and coordinate with architects and vendors.
• Travel to project sites to verify installations meet design documents.
• Develop packages for model units, leasing spaces and amenity areas.
• Coordinate model unit installations, scheduling and vendor coordination.
