Qualifications

• 7-10 years of commercial interior design experience with project management from concept to installation.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
• Active interior design licensure (NCIDQ) or progress toward certification.
• Advanced AutoCAD knowledge; Revit experience preferred.
• Bluebeam Revu proficiency for construction document markup and RFI management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complete interior design construction documents with finish specs and scopes of work.
• Oversee FF&E procurement, vendor sourcing, PO management, inventory, delivery and installation.
• Source products via trade accounts; negotiate pricing and maintain vendor accounts.
• Document existing conditions with site visits and create as-built floor plans.
• Develop space plans and layout concepts based on goals and stakeholder input.
• Present design proposals to leadership using CAD, SketchUp and PowerPoint; incorporate feedback.
• Manage project budgets and ensure alignment with objectives and finances.
• Support construction phase with RFIs, change orders, design clarifications, and documentation.
• Coordinate close-out activities, punch lists, and final project records.
• Create design models balancing aesthetics, function, and leasing performance.
• Maintain property design standards for portfolio-wide consistency.
