Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC in Garland, TX is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician with strong HVAC experience to support multifamily communities. This role combines HVAC maintenance with general apartment upkeep, including work orders and unit turns.

The ideal candidate holds EPA Universal Certification, has at least 1 year of hands-on experience, owns required tools, and can pass a background check. We offer weekly pay and a path to temp-to-hire, with no on-call shifts.

Formación

• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• At least 1 year of hands-on apartment or multifamily maintenance experience.
• Own personal tools and HVAC gauges.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and unit make-ready processes.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in occupied and vacant units.
• Prepare units for new residents (make-ready).
• Complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Repair major appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers.
• Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Maintain community curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Assist with renovation or property upgrade projects as needed.
