Job summary

Bryan Construction is seeking an Estimator to handle preconstruction estimates, hard bids, budgets, and value engineering for multifamily projects. The role involves reviewing RFPs, preparing complete take-offs, and presenting GMP packages to clients.

You will interact with owners, A/Es, and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and solid coverage of the scope. The successful candidate will have 1–3 years in estimating, a degree in construction management or engineering, and the ability

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Experience: 1–3 years in estimating, preferably with a construction general contractor for commercial.
• Skills: ability to read engineering and architectural drawings; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bid packages and conceptual estimates; analyze subcontractor bids.
• Review RFP documents; prepare GA/GC estimates and GMP presentations.
• Enter data into Timberline and manage bid documentation; lead bid room activities.
• Coordinate with subs, vendors, and PMs; support preconstruction through GMP.
• Develop VE lists and facilitate turnover to project management.
