Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years’ experience in contractor or trades management.
• Previous management experience in training and recruitment.
• Proven success in engaging contractors, unions, subcontractors and trade organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develops, manages, and fosters relationships with contractors across various trades.
• Responsible for contractor recruitment into the multifamily program based on program needs.
• Provides ongoing support and training to contractors regarding program updates.
