Job summary

MMG is seeking a Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction projects. The role reports to the General Superintendent and/or Project Executive, coordinating with subcontractors to keep work on schedule and aligned with contract requirements.

Candidate should have multifamily construction experience, with podium and wrap experience highly preferred, and demonstrate strong prioritization, organization, and communication skills to lead the project team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Interact with subcontractors on site and coordinate activities.
