Job summary

MMG in Columbus, OH seeks an experienced Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction projects. You will report to the General Superintendent and/or Project Executive and coordinate site activities with subcontractors.

The role emphasizes safety and on-time delivery, contract administration collaboration with PM/Construction Executive, and clear communication with the project team.

Qualifications

• Multifamily construction experience is required.
• Podium and wrap experience highly preferred.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and communication skills.

MMG is working with a National Multifamily Developer/General Contractor currently seeking a Superintendent. This position will report to the General Superintendent and/or Project Executive.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Interacting with subcontractors
• Partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contract administration and management
• Provide direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on time
