Job summary

CSI Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day onsite coordination of commercial projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget adherence, and quality. You will work with the Lead Superintendent, project team, subcontractors, and vendors, with a strong emphasis on multi-family builds and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years of construction field supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of framing, exteriors and MEPs preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and field reporting tools.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily jobsite activities and field personnel under the direction of the Lead Superintendent.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews.
• Ensure construction work complies with project plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Assist with development and maintenance of project schedules.
• Monitor work progress and address delays or conflicts.
• Conduct daily jobsite meetings and subcontractor coordination.
• Coordinate deliveries, staging, and site logistics.
• Maintain safe and productive jobsite operations.
