Responsibilities of a Multifamily Construction Superintendent

As a Multifamily Construction Superintendent, your passion, creativity, and willingness to do whatever it takes to guarantee every project becomes a masterpiece!

Manage and Lead the Team: Manage everyone involved in the project to ensure the plan is clear, expectations are understood, and everyone works together efficiently. The Superintendent is also responsible for training the next generation of leaders by mentoring the Assistant Superintendents.
Oversee the Job from Start to Finish: You\'ll ensure the project stays on schedule.
Safety First: Always remain proactive and ensure all safety standards are met. You are always ready for an OSHA inspection, 100% of the time.
Communication & Collaboration: Take center stage in promoting the UrbanCore values and culture to anyone involved, from trade partners, team members, owners, and inspectors.
Project Details: Maintain a firm grasp of every project detail, from plans, submittals, sequencing, and documentation.
