Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Construction Project Engineer in Boston, MA to drive multifamily development projects from plan to reality. You will coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants to keep documentation, change orders, and approvals moving on schedule.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of related construction experience, a degree in a relevant field, and strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting commercial/multifamily construction projects.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate submittals, shop drawings, samples, and related approvals.
• Maintain project records including plans, contracts, RFIs, change orders, and as-builts.
• Track and distribute project information to internal stakeholders and trade partners.
• Support subcontractor agreements and change orders.
• Assist with requisitions, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Manage closeout documentation including operations and maintenance manuals.
• Track jobsite purchases and rental equipment.
• Ensure compliance with permits and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate punch list activities and project closeout.
