Job summary

You will lead multiple projects, develop installation plans, prepare material estimates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, within-scope delivery while promoting company capabilities at industry events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant construction experience in multifamily projects.
• Knowledge of concrete foundation construction methods and reinforcing materials preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Education: College degree preferred.
• AutoCAD experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery with field service support as needed.
• Develop engineering/field installation plans and maintain project documentation, drawings, specs, and RFIs.
• Prepare comprehensive estimates for materials required on each project.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to enable smooth project execution.
• Attend industry events to promote capabilities and pursue new business opportunities.
