Job summary

iAccept Agency is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The role emphasizes delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget while coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities include planning through closeout, maintaining schedules and budgets, managing RFIs and submittals, and leading meetings with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience in multifamily, affordable housing, or low-income housing sectors.
• Scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor management.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, or similar PM software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor and vendor agreements.
• Lead project meetings and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project costs, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and maintain profitability.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
• Resolve project issues proactively and provide leadership to project teams.
• Mentor project support staff and assist with overall project success.
