Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Buffalo to coordinate construction projects from planning through delivery for a client in the Property industry. You will manage project activity and ensure work stays on track with project needs.

The role requires experience managing construction projects, multifamily woodframe experience, coordinating contractors and stakeholders, reviewing plans and scopes, and monitoring budgets and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction project activities from initial planning through completion.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and day-to-day work to maintain clear progress updates.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align project work.
• Review project plans, drawings, and scope details to support accurate execution.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses to support cost awareness throughout delivery.
• Address project issues as they arise and communicate practical next steps to stakeholders.
• Maintain project records, reports, and documentation for clear project visibility.
• Support project closeout activities and confirm deliverables are completed.
