Job summary

Mountain Management Group is seeking a Project Manager for multifamily construction in Kansas City, MO. The role reports to the Vice President of Construction and involves coordinating with subcontractors, drafting client proposals, and managing contracts.

The candidate will work with preconstruction, estimating and scheduling to develop project estimates and schedules, provide direction to the project team, and perform on-site PM duties on small scope projects.

Qualifications

• BS in a construction-related field preferred.
• Multifamily construction experience required.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Construction Executive in interacting with subcontractors.
• Partner with the Construction Executive in the drafting of client proposals.
• Partner with the Construction Executive on contract administration and management.
• Work with preconstruction, estimating and scheduling on project estimate and schedule.
• Provide direction to the project team to complete the projects safely and on time.
• Perform on-site Project Manager duties on small scope projects.
