Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a driven Construction Project Manager in Bloomington, MN to lead multifamily and mixed-use projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will work with a high-performing team to ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are met.

The role offers exposure to luxury developments and opportunities to influence project outcomes within a collaborative, growth-focused culture. Minimum 3+ years of PM experience and proven track record are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience leading multifamily or mixed-use construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily and mixed-use construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Drive project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution efforts.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and financial forecasts.
• Monitor budgets, costs, contingency usage, and project profitability.
• Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activities.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Run regular project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
