Planet Green Holdings is seeking a Remote Multifamily and Commercial Construction Estimator in California. You will prepare bids for ground-up multifamily projects, review plans, and negotiate with subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.

You will collaborate with project managers, developers, and architects to keep budgets aligned with goals. Your work will focus on cost analysis, value engineering opportunities, and market-driven pricing models to support feasibility and pre-construction

About the Role:

We are seeking a Multifamily and Commercial Construction Estimator with experience in ground-up projects to join our client' team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for large-scale multifamily developments. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost structures, with a proven track record in estimating ground-up multifamily projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive estimates for ground-up multifamily projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Review architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and bid documents to ensure accuracy.
• Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
