gobravvo is seeking a Construction Director – Multifamily to lead all multifamily and urban residential construction projects in San Diego, CA. This senior role requires designing, coordinating, and executing complex builds with a focus on safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in construction leadership, expertise in design-build, and credentials such as CCM or PMP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive construction experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading multifamily, mixed-use, or urban residential projects.
• Strong understanding of design-build delivery methods and integrated project teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with schedule, budget, and quality accountability.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for all multifamily and urban residential construction projects.
• Direct project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure project success.
• Oversee all phases from pre-construction planning to close-out.
• Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, and workflows for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure projects meet contract requirements, quality benchmarks, and building codes.
