Investment Property Group is seeking a dedicated Community Manager for Woodcreek Apartments in Fairview, OR. You will oversee daily operations of a 70-unit multifamily community, manage staff, budgets, compliance, and resident services to achieve financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience managing a conventional multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster resident relationships.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Ability to deliver high-level customer service to community residents.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG professionally at all times.
• Oversee operational integrity and staff to meet financial and compliance goals.
• Manage move-ins, renewals, and lease addendums.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.
• Market vacant units per the approved plan.
• Oversee budgets and implement corrective actions.
• Lead on-site staff and promote teamwork.
• Review delinquent accounts and reporting.
• Hire, orient, and develop on-site staff.
