Responsibilities include enforcing leases, marketing vacant units, reviewing receivables, and coordinating move-ins. A valid driver's license and experience with property management software are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience managing a conventional multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to engage residents.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Familiarity with property management software and basic accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Woodcreek Apartments (70 units) in Fairview, OR.
• Lead on-site staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Market vacant units and maintain high occupancy.
• Review delinquent accounts and ensure accurate reporting.
• Coordinate move-ins and leasing, apply lease addenda.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and authorities.
