Fairfield Residential is seeking a Community Manager for a 385-unit property in Plano to lead a dynamic team, oversee operations, and drive financial performance while delivering excellent resident service.

You will manage budgets, supervise staff, ensure occupancy and rent goals, handle inspections, move-ins, and respond to resident concerns with a focus on service and compliance. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and Yardi proficiency is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on property management experience.
• Multifamily property experience required.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or higher) and industry certifications considered a plus.
