Job summary

SitePro is seeking an Assistant Area Supervisor to oversee porter and janitorial teams across assigned properties. You will provide daily direction, train staff, and ensure service quality under supervision guidance.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, scheduling support, performance coaching, and safety compliance, with local travel among properties. A background in cleaning operations and team leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is required.
• 1–2 years of porter, janitorial, housekeeping, or related cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience as a Porter Lead, team lead, or trainer is preferred.
• Working knowledge of cleaning methods, supplies, equipment, and safe chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction to Porter Leads and Porters, communicating assignments, priorities, and service expectations.
• Help prepare schedules and task lists within approved staffing levels.
• Coach employees on cleaning quality, productivity, teamwork, and professional conduct.
• Document attendance and performance concerns for operations leadership.
