Freddie Mac is seeking an Audit Associate for the Counterparty Risk & Compliance (CRC) Audit team. You will analyze and test Seller/Servicer compliance with the Multifamily Seller/Servicer Guide and related securitization documents, focusing on underwriting, loan administration, asset management, accounting, and AML/OFAC controls.

You will support Audit Leads in discussions with partners and business units, ensuring timely completion of test work within set deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field (Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, etc.) or a non-business field requiring critical thinking
• 0-2 years of experience in commercial real estate
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word
• Proven ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with specific goals

Aufgaben

• Analyze and test Seller/Servicer compliance with the Multifamily Seller/Servicer Guide and governing securitization documents
• Evaluate areas including Overall Control Environment, Underwriting, Loan Administration, Asset Management, Accounting, and AML/OFAC and Fraud
• Assist Audit Leads with discussions with Freddie Mac Partners and Business Units
• Complete test work within predetermined timeframes
