Job summary

Thompson Thrift is seeking an Associate Real Estate Asset Manager to help oversee the financial and operational performance of assigned multifamily assets across lease-up and stabilized properties. You’ll evaluate results against budgets, forecasts, pro formas, and market benchmarks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in multifamily real estate asset management.
• Experience with both stabilized and lease-up multifamily properties and operating-plan execution.
• Experience in property management, leasing, operations, finance, accounting, or investment analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multifamily assets against budgets, forecasts, pro formas, business plans, and market benchmarks.
• Track operating metrics including occupancy, leasing velocity, rent growth, concessions, renewals, expenses and NOI.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, budgets, and asset-level reporting.
• Develop variance analyses, financial models, and value-impact analyses for asset strategies.
