Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Financial Real Estate Analyst in Miami to support multifamily acquisitions and ongoing asset performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–4+ years of experience in investment analysis, with strong analytical and Excel modeling skills. This on-site role offers a salary between $90,000 and $110,000 and includes a discretionary performance bonus, along with 15 PTO days annually.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in real estate private equity, acquisitions, or investment analysis.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, capital stacks, IRR hurdles, and promote mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for multifamily acquisitions and developments.
• Underwrite investment opportunities, including stabilized and value-add assets.
• Analyze IRRs, equity multiples, development yields, and sensitivity scenarios.
