CONAM Management is hiring a Facilities and Custodial Technician for Ten Fifty B in San Diego, CA. The role supports the maintenance team with upkeep, repairs, and turnovers across the apartment community, delivering reliable service to residents.

This full-time position offers full benefits and requires a minimum of 1+ year in custodial or apartment maintenance. The candidate should be skilled in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, and basic carpentry, with the ability to lift

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years hands-on custodial/apartment maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Grounds: Maintain cleanliness of common areas, clear trash from vacant units, ensure locks and gates meet safety standards.
• Painting: Follow CONAM guidelines for painting and maintain clean work areas.
• Housekeeping: Clean property, leasing office, restrooms, models, and vacant units, and manage cleaning supplies.
• Maintenance: Assist with equipment upkeep, respond to service requests, maintain tools and inventory, and help with make-ready tasks.
• Records & Safety: Document service requests, follow safety protocols, and report hazards.
• Customer Service: Build rapport with residents, address complaints, and assist with after-hours emergencies.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed.
