Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Regular lifting of more than 20 lbs and frequent lifting of up to 80 lbs.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Complete basic HVAC, electrical work, carpentry, and plumbing repairs.
• Work collaboratively with vendor teams on maintenance projects.
• Responsible for on-call emergency maintenance services.
