Job summary

A property management company is looking for a Maintenance Technician to assist in carrying out maintenance processes and respond to work orders. Responsibilities include performing repairs, maintaining community facilities, and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community facilities and respond to resident/management work orders.
• Perform repairs and replacements in common areas and units.
• Assist with scheduling and performing all maintenance/repair turn events.
• Maintain swimming pool health and chemistry.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain responsiveness to residents.
