Job summary

KBR, Inc seeks a General Engineer to support the TACOM program contingencies, delivering engineering analysis, design support, and technical problem solving for Army ground systems. This role emphasizes reliability, safety, and mission readiness across complex facilities.

Responsibilities include multi-discipline project engineering for construction and renovation, coordination with design teams, review of drawings and specifications, and preparation of construction packages, schedules, and cost

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, systems, or related).
2–5 years of engineering experience in technical, military, or industrial environment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Perform engineering for development and execution of construction projects.
Coordinate multi-discipline engineering across mechanical, electrical and civil domains.
Prepare documents for construction packages and design analyses.
Review contracts, cost estimates, and contractor submittals.
Coordinate with sponsors and stakeholders to meet schedules and designs.
