The role focuses on developing technical solutions, driving project plans, and ensuring cost targets are met. The candidate will contribute to agile project management, write user stories, and assist with program reviews while maintaining compliance with applicable standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Systems engineering knowledge – requirements management, IV&V, life cycle management.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Ability to create and maintain project plans; lead tailoring.
• Ability to gain or current US Government Secret Security Clearance.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams, and Windows.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project and scheduling practices.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and other technical information.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical authority and design owner for assigned programs.
• Coordinate the development of spend plans, staffing plans, the project schedule, and the program organizational chart.
• Support the creation of the project backlog, write user stories, and support management of releases for Agile Projects.
• Support project reviews and present program cost, schedule, and measurement data to leadership and customers.
• Collaborate with Program Management to achieve cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Assist in program review preparations and data development for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, MIL-STD, ITAR, cyber, and related standards.
• Support proposals, including BOEs and volumes writing/review.
