Roof Penetration Housing (RPH) in New Jersey is seeking a Technical Projects Engineer to serve as the principal technical advisor to the Director of Engineering, leading cross-functional initiatives across design, FEA, testing, manufacturing, and quality to solve complex challenges and align with company objectives.

You will act as the Director's right-hand engineer, driving technical execution from definition through implementation, with emphasis on communication, risk management, and

Qualifications

• 5 years of strong mechanical engineering fundamentals across multiple technical disciplines.
• Systems thinker capable of understanding interactions across engineering functions.
• Excellent communicator, able to translate technical issues for leadership.
• Experience in commercial building products, construction, or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives and drive technical execution from definition through implementation.
• Participate in technical project meetings as the Director of Engineering's representative and provide technically sound recommendations.
• Coordinate activities between Design, FEA, Testing, Applications, Commercialization, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Escalate significant technical concerns before they impact schedules or product quality.
• Deliver concise, technically focused project status updates and maintain project health.
