Job summary

LCI Brand in Durham, NC is seeking a Utility Worker to support multiple departments, assembling and packaging products and running machines as needed. This role is scheduled Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM, with responsibilities assigned by supervisors to ensure efficient production and quality control.

The ideal candidate will have basic reading and math skills, prior production experience, and the ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift while communicating tasks clearly

Qualifications

• Some education with basic reading and math skills.
• Previous production experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Ability to bend from the waist to retrieve raw materials from pallets at ground level.
• Ability to communicate standard methods to complete all area tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and/or package product in department.
• Run all machines in assigned department.
• Work at any of the assigned jobs as assigned.
• Complete special assignments.
• Work with Leads/Supervisor to verify quality product is produced in efficient manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
