Job summary

LCI Brand in Durham, NC is seeking a Mechanic, Maintenance to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair all equipment and assets. The role supports a safe work environment and adheres to company policies, with hands-on duties across welding, hydraulics, and basic electrical systems.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, and requires prior maintenance training in a production setting, strong mechanical aptitude, and ability to read drawings when needed.

Qualifications

• Must have prior training in preventative maintenance in a production environment.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude; ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment quickly to minimize downtime.
• Must be able to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair all equipment and company assets.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to LCI policies.
• May read drawings or schematics of hydraulic and basic electrical systems.
• Perform welding, cutting, minor electrical repair, and replacement of motor shafts and pumps.
