Job summary

Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is seeking a Production Worker on the 3rd Shift at the Highland, IL facility. Core hours are Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, with responsibilities across welding, painting, pressing, packing, shipping, milling and layout in a busy plant.

The starting rate is $20.45 per hour plus a $0.50 shift differential. Benefits include health coverage from day one, retirement plans, parental leave, educational assistance and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• No relocation benefit is offered; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Highland, IL will be considered.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration visas for this position (no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT etc.).
• Preferred qualification: previous manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in all plant departments (Weld, Paint, Press, Packing, Shipping, Mill, Layout) performing various labor tasks.
• Some departments are physically demanding; the general laborer should handle daily workloads.
• Maintain safety and quality while supporting production goals.
