Eaton is seeking a Production Worker for the 3rd shift at our Highland, IL facility. The role involves performing labor across multiple departments including Weld, Paint, Press, Packing, Shipping, Mill, and Layout, with the core hours Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

No relocation assistance is provided; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Highland, IL. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, and safety around machinery is essential.

Qualifications

• Residence within 50-mile radius of Highland, IL is required.
• No immigration sponsorship is offered.
• Preferred: previous manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and climb heights with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• The Production Worker works in all plant departments—Weld, Paint, Press, Packing, Shipping, Mill and Layout—handling various labor tasks daily.
• Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency while performing duties around moving machinery.
• Adapt to the physical demands of a manufacturing environment, including temperature fluctuations and dock door openings.
