Eaton is seeking a Production Worker for the 3rd shift at our Highland, IL facility. The role involves performing labor across multiple departments including Weld, Paint, Press, Packing, Shipping, Mill, and Layout, with the core hours Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

No relocation assistance is provided; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Highland, IL. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, and safety around machinery is essential.

Some departments are more physically demanding, however, the general laborer should be capable of handling the work in all departments daily.Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
