Amcor in Wisconsin is seeking a General Worker to train across all departments, with the opportunity to bid for Assistant roles on hire and later transition into machine operator positions as openings arise.

Starting pay is $24.30/hour plus premiums, including Double Time on Sundays and Holidays, with a 4 on/4 off schedule rotating day and night shifts; you will follow safety rules, wear PPE, report incidents, keep the facility clean, and support continuous improvements.

Competenze

• High school education or equivalency minimum.
• Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Continue to upgrade skills by attending internal training and meetings.

Mansioni

• Follow all plant and department safety rules, procedures, and programs.
• Wear all required PPE for all tasks.
• Attend required OSHA and facility safety trainings.
• Report injuries, near misses, and property damage to Shift Supervisor.
• Keep the facility clean (sweeping, mopping, wash racks, floors, equipment).
• Train and work as Rewind Assistant, Blown Film Assistant, Coater Assistant, or Material Handler as needed.
• Support Continuous Improvements efforts (e.g., WCOM).
• All other duties as assigned by Management.

High School Diploma or equivalent
