Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred; ability to troubleshoot, multitask and prioritize.
• Reliability with strong attendance, positive attitude, and good communication.
• Must regularly lift and push 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Package and label finished products per customer and in-house standards.
• Check labels reflect packaging correctly and transport packaged materials to storage.
• Transport raw materials from storage to hopper and operate forklift.
• Maintain resin/additive levels and perform hopper/blender changeovers.
• Handle loose scrap and document disposition as directed by supervision.
• Set up and operate production utility machinery per specifications.
• Follow safety policies and report issues immediately.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain a high-performance team environment.
