Job summary

Starting compensation is $23.37 per hour plus premiums, including double time on Sundays and holidays. Schedule is 4 on 4 off with a biweekly rotation between day and night shifts (5-5).

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to train across multiple departments to support production.

Responsibilities

• Follow all plant and department safety rules and procedures.
• Wear required PPE at all times.
• Attend OSHA and facility safety trainings.
• Report injuries, near misses, and property damage to Shift Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and operate floor scrubber as needed.
• Report safety issues to Shift Supervisor.
• Train/work as Rewind, Blown Film, Coater, or Material Handler as needed.
• Support Continuous Improvements efforts (e.g., WCOM).
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
