Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Multicraft Partner in the Warren, OH area to inspect, repair and fine-tune high-speed, technologically advanced machines. You will troubleshoot electrical systems, participate in a high-performance work culture, and help drive continuous improvements in a major manufacturing facility producing iconic brands.

You must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, pass pre-employment screenings, and have a technical background.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and fine-tune high-speed production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and drive preventive maintenance.
• Document daily performance metrics and support continuous improvement.
