Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Multicraft Partner to inspect, repair, and tune high‑speed machines in a Warren, OH facility. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, support preventative maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement within a High‑Performance Work Team environment.

The role requires shifting on 12‑hour schedules, passing assessments, and the ability to work safely with heavy equipment. Relocation support is available for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Pass pre-employment assessment, drug and background screening.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience or education in high-speed manufacturing or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and fine-tune high‑speed machines to maximize uptime.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and mechanical issues.
• Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement activities.
• Document performance metrics and work orders in SAP/MES systems.
• Collaborate within a High‑Performance Work Team culture.
