Kimberly-Clark's Warren, OH facility is hiring a Multicraft Partner to inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed, automated machinery in a best-in-class manufacturing environment.

You will lead safety-first operations, troubleshoot electrical systems, and contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring uptime and product quality in a team-driven setting. The role requires a 12-hour shift schedule and a commitment to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Pass Physical Abilities Test.
• Safety mindset and hazard recognition.
• Learn SAP, MES, Office, and Outlook.
• Warren Facility requires teamwork in a High-Performance Work Team culture.
• 2-year technical degree or 5+ years in high-speed manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and automate maintenance tasks.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous care.
• Document daily performance metrics and participate in self-directed teams.
