Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Multicraft Partner for our Warren, Ohio facility. You will inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed machines, troubleshoot electrical systems, and help implement maintenance practices in a high-performance environment.

You’ll work within a team-focused culture, supporting continuous improvement and safety. Requires 12-hour rotating shifts, strong safety mindset, and ability to learn SAP/MES tools; prior technical degree or 5+ years in manufacturing is ideal.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Possess basic computer knowledge and ability to learn SAP and MES.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Pass pre-employment assessments, drug and background checks, and PAT.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and maintain equipment uptime.
• Support preventative maintenance and continuous improvement efforts.
• Document daily performance metrics and participate in self-directed teams.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and adhere to standards.
