Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Multicraft Partner in Warren, OH, to inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed, technologically advanced machines in a high-performance work system. You will troubleshoot electrical systems and implement maintenance practices in a facility serving millions daily.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with a focus on operating heavy equipment and using SAP/MES tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED; basic computer knowledge.
• Willing to work a 12-hour rotating shift, including nights and weekends.
• Pass pre-employment screening and PAT; background checks as required.
• Experience with safety, hazard recognition, and working in a team.
• One of the following: 2-year technical degree or 5+ years in high-speed manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Troubleshoot asset operating equipment to maximize uptime.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous care initiatives.
• Document daily performance metrics in verbal and written form.
• Contribute to a culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
