Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Maryland Grade 2 Stationary Engineer license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school helpful.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boilers, chillers, pumps, HVAC, and related systems.
• Log system performance, fuel use, water levels, and temperatures.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CEP equipment.
• Respond to emergency repairs and coordinate with team as needed.
• Monitor safety procedures and adhere to LOTO requirements.
• Assist with start-up, commissioning, and system audits.
