Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America in Gallatin, Tennessee, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain plant equipment across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You will work in a team to perform preventive maintenance and quickly address breakdowns in a production environment.

We value experience in corrugated packaging or printing, a technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades, and the ability to be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry strongly preferred.
• 2+ years' experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Work as part of a team to safely perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns in production.
• All maintenance positions are multicraft and training is provided to develop these skills.
