Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America in Gallatin, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, rebuild or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on plant equipment. You will work as part of a team to perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns in a production environment; the role is multicraft with training provided.

Experience in corrugated packaging or printing preferred; 2+ years troubleshooting; Technical degree a plus; Authorized to work in

Qualifications

• 2+ years troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Experience in the Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Work as part of a team to safely perform Preventive Maintenance Activities and respond to breakdowns in a production environment.
• All maintenance technician positions are multicraft; training is provided to develop these skills.
