Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Minneapolis, MN team. The role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plant equipment across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, supporting a 3-shift production schedule.

Join a multi-craft maintenance team with training provided to enhance skills. Prior experience in corrugated packaging or printing is a plus, and applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Technical Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Trades is a plus.
• Production schedule includes 3 shifts; shifts may change.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance as part of a team and respond to breakdowns in a production environment.
• Work as part of a multi-craft maintenance team; training is provided to develop skills.
