Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Cheswick, PA. You will troubleshoot and repair a wide range of industrial systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, you'll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment performing a wide range of industrial maintenance tasks, including:

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
• Working closely with production and other maintenance team members
• Continuously expanding your technical skills through paid training and advancement programs

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multi-craft skills
• Ability to work assigned shift (2nd)
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours

Preferred (not required):

• Technical degree or certification (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, etc.)
• Experience in corrugated packaging, printing, converting, or manufacturing

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
