Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) Cheswick, PA is seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift. You will perform a wide range of industrial maintenance tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

We offer competitive hourly pay from $30.37 to $43.06, overtime Premiums, paid training, and opportunities to grow within PCA's nationwide network. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multicraft skills.
• Ability to work assigned shift (2nd)
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours.
• Technical degree or certification (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, etc.)
• Experience in corrugated packaging, printing, converting, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
• Working closely with production and other maintenance team members
• Continuously expanding your technical skills through paid training and advancement programs
